1. It's a paid service. Only complete the payment, we will arrange vehicles. On-site payment is not supported.

因受国内高校严格的财务制度限制，此项服务主要适用大陆以外的参会代表。若大陆参会代表不受财务限制，可以进行差旅报销，也可以享受此服务。

2. The shuttle is available from November 1st to 9th.

3. This service only provides pick-up and drop-off services between the airports and the Kempinski Hotel Suzhou.

4. We will prepare paper with your names written on it in advance. The driver will pick you up at the customs.
