Description: 

The Academic Forum for Postgraduates in Optical Communications 2026 is jointly hosted by Study on Optical Communications, Progress in Optoelectronics and Communications (POC), and the State Key Laboratory of Optical Communication Technologies and Networks (OCTN). It aims to continuously identify and nurture young researchers with academic potential and innovative vitality, and to build a high-level, diversified academic exchange platform for master’s and doctoral students across China in optical communications and related interdisciplinary fields. Focusing on the frontiers and adhering to fairness and impartiality, the Forum is committed to promoting interdisciplinary and inter-institutional exchange and to identifying and cultivating emerging young academic talent.
