Tip: Don't recommend using firefox, may submit failure. It is more recommended that you use Google Chrome.
Step 1 : Prepare Your Paper
2–6 Page Papers: Each author is requested to submit a paper using the designated template. Submitted manuscripts should be within six (6) pages in IEEE two-column format, including figures, tables, and references. Please use the templates at Manuscript Templates for IEEE Conference Proceedings to prepare your paper.
Please DO NOT change the layout or font pre-set on the template.
As double-blind peer review is implemented this year, authors are required to submit two manuscript versions upon submission.
· The complete version for publication, which retains all original author information.
· The anonymized version for review, with all identifying information fully removed, including author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, funding statements and other relevant identifiable content.
Except for the deleted author identification sections, the two versions must be identical in all other content. The submission of two manuscripts with materially different core content is strictly prohibited.
Step 2: Create PDF File
IEEE publication mandates PDF-only manuscript submission with mandatory IEEE PDF eXpress certification. To ensure this, please use the IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F.
You will need the Conference ID for ACP 2026
Conference ID: 70761X
Step 3 : Submit A Paper
The submission will be made via the on-line submission system. Go to the system from the Button at the top of this page. Procedure on the system is as follows:
1. You can either login to your existing account in the System or If you don't have an account you can create a new one at this time. This account is used to login in the system, so that you are able to submit your paper and register for this conference.
2. After login in System, click "International Conference" tab on the top to find "Asia Communications and Photonics Conference 2026".
3. Submit your abstract and paper.
4. You can edit your submission by logging in your account until the submission deadline.
Peer Review
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review conducted by the members of the Technical Program Committee. Papers will be evaluated thoroughly, irrespective of the subcommittee they have been submitted to. If submitted to a subcommittee that does not represent a good fit to a paper's technical content, ACP reserves the right to recategorize the paper to a better matching subcommittee.
Notes ⭐⭐⭐
1. Duplicate submission of the same manuscript is prohibited.
2. ACP employs a double-blind review process. Therefore, please upload an anonymized manuscript for peer review.
3. After the submission deadline, all papers will immediately enter the review process. During the review period, authors will not be permitted to amend the content of their submissions. Prior to the review process, authors may access the system multiple times to update and refine their papers.
4. The presentation options for contribution papers are “oral or poster preferred” and “oral or poster only”. Please choose your presentation type carefully. If you select "only", this indicates that you will accept only this specific presentation type. The committee shall exert its best efforts to respect authors’ preferred formats, yet holds ultimate authority over the final presentation assignment.
5. English is the official language of the conference. All submissions must be completed in English.
6. Only PDF format is acceptable by IEEE.
Conditions of Publication
1. At least one co-author attends the conference and presents the report.
2. At least one co-author completes the registration and pays the fee for the paper.
